The program is Yoga Alliance certified and taught by experienced teachers with many years of experience in teaching, anatomy, philosophy and yoga practice.

We have more than 10 years of experience training yoga teachers and over 500 students have already completed our programs since 2014 - formerly known as Triangle Yoga Academy.

200 Hours - Yoga Alliance

What the 200-hour program includes

Our 200-hour yoga training combines theory, practice and personal development. The method is tried and tested and works: up to 95% of our graduates stand confidently in front of a class at the end - you won't know they've just passed.

When you're certified in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin - three of the most widespread styles in the world - you can teach all levels across styles and fit into most studios both in Denmark and internationally.

Workshops: 5 hours (with breaks) Anatomy: 4 hours Philosophy: 3 hours - Online Live or recording

If you can't attend in person one day, you can attend selected workshops online or watch the recording afterwards. (We'll have a separate section on the online part further down).

200 total hours
60 t. Studied practice in the program

During the program, you will participate in 60 yoga classes at our studio in Christianshavn. You can choose between Hot Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Bikram Variation as well as themed workshops such as hips & legs, arms & shoulders, strength & flexibility and posture cleaning. We offer over 30 weekly classes - morning, day and evening - easily booked via the app.

Unique flexibility: As soon as you have paid the deposit, you can start practicing these classes - even before the class starts even before class starts - giving you more time to complete and prepare mentally and physically.

Short, intensive program? Then you practice 30 classes during the program and 30 classes before/after or in your home country/city.

10 t. Research & Observation

You observe teaching in other studies and analyze selected online classes. This provides insights into how different teachers structure classes, create atmosphere and use cueing - all keys to developing your own teaching style. all keys to developing your own teaching style.

30 t. Vinyasa Yoga Workshops

Selected weekends or weekdays (not necessarily every week). You'll learn Vinyasa philosophy, history, technique, sequencing, alignment and cueing. The focus is on logic, safety and flow - so you can lead mixed levels with clarity.

20 t. Yin Yoga Workshops

Immersion in Yin: postures, duration, support, connective tissue and nervous system. You'll learn how to teach Yin with confidence and presence - with a clear framework and calm pacing.

20 t. Hatha Yoga Workshops

Classic Hatha principles, proper technique and breathing. You'll build strength, focus and balance - and learn modern, safe ways to teach Hatha.

12 t. Classroom Management & Educational Psychology

Become a clear, professional and inspiring teacher. Class psychology, voice training, presence and guidance without showing everything. We also cover music selection, student questions, confidence and clear communication.

16 t. Yoga anatomy

Muscles, joints and skeleton, as well as respiratory, nervous, circulatory and digestive systems. You'll learn how yoga affects the body, how to avoid injury and how to support students with physical challenges.

Typically scheduled as 4-hour sessions.

12 t. Yoga philosophy (online)

What is yoga beyond the physical? History, traditions and philosophical foundations - and and how the principles can be applied to modern life and teaching.

Online in 3-hour modules. Can be followed live or watched as a recording.

20 t. Homework & Teaching practice

Ongoing assignments from instructors help you reflect and apply the material. You'll practice hands-on teaching with real students and receive constructive feedback from teachers. This module ties everything together and prepares you to teach with confidence and professionalism.

    Vinyasa & Yin Yoga

    Anna is a leading teacher with over 500 hours of advanced yoga training and more than 3000 teaching hours over the last 10 years. She specializes in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, and is known for her creative sequences at all levels.

    She supports her participants in finding their own teaching voice and understanding alignment in depth - both in their personal practice and as future teachers.

    Charlotte Nielsen

    Yoga anatomy

    Charlotte is one of Denmark's leading experts in yoga anatomy with over 15 years of teaching experience. She is a trained physiotherapist and also works with supporting cancer patients through yoga.

    Her teaching is interactive and practical, helping you understand and apply anatomical knowledge in both your own practice and in your teaching as a yoga teacher.

    Yoga philosophy
