200 Hours - Yoga Alliance
What the 200-hour program includes
Our 200-hour yoga training combines theory, practice, and personal development. The method is proven and effective: up to 95% of our graduates feel confident standing in front of a class upon completion.
When you are certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin —three of the most popular styles in the world—you can teach all levels across styles.
If you are unable to attend in person on a particular day, you can participate online in selected workshops or watch the recording afterwards.
60 t. Studied practice in the program
During the course, you will participate in 60 yoga classes at our studio in Christianshavn. You are free to choose between Hot Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Bikram Variation, as well as themed workshops.
Unique flexibility: As soon as you have paid the deposit, you can start practicing these hours – even before the class starts.
10 t. Research & Observation
You observe teaching in other studies and analyze selected online classes. This provides insight into how different teachers structure classes and create atmosphere.
30 t. Vinyasa Yoga Workshops
You will learn the philosophy, history, technique, sequencing, alignment, and cueing of Vinyasa. The focus is on logic, safety, and flow —so you can lead mixed levels with confidence.
20 t. Yin Yoga Workshops
Immersion in Yin: postures, duration, support, connective tissue, and nervous system. You will learn to teach Yin safely and mindfully.
20 t. Hatha Yoga Workshops
Classic Hatha principles, correct technique, and breathing. You build strength, focus, and balance.
12 t. Classroom Management & Psychology
Become a clear, professional, and inspiring teacher. Classroom psychology, voice training, presence, and guidance.
16 t. Yoga anatomy
Muscles, joints, and skeleton, as well as the respiratory, nervous, circulatory, and digestive systems. You will learn how yoga affects the body and how to avoid injury.
12 t. Yoga philosophy (online)
What is yoga beyond the physical? History, traditions, and philosophical foundations.
20 hours Homework & Practice
Ongoing assignments from the teachers help you reflect on and apply the material. You practice practical teaching with real students.
Primarily physical - strong online backup
How online participation works
We make sure you can keep up - even when life happens.
We believe that serious yoga teacher training happens physically: real practice, observation, participation in open classes, different teachers - and workshops with questions and direct feedback.
Life happens: illness and appointments shouldn't mean you lose a topic or fall behind.
- Live
- Recording
- Summing up
We have installed a professional audio and video setup in the yoga studio. With just a few clicks, you get a high-quality, low-latency live link – viewed from above with an overview of the teacher and the entire studio.
Can 't join us live? We will record the session and send you a recording link afterwards.
Is a 5-hour workshop too long to review? You will receive a brief summary of the main points and exercises.
Result: You will never fall behind – no matter what happens.
How it works online
